The Eden Center is thrilled to invite you to our series Thriving Through Midlife Changes in which we will discuss various physical, emotional and spiritual changes that accompany menopause. Each session will explore specific topics such as pelvic floor health, nutrition, intimacy, HRT, the final mikveh immersion, etc. Delicious refreshments will be served with midlife nutritional needs in mind.
This series is a celebration of the publication of The Eden Center’s latest booklet, “Immersed in Menopause,” exploring the physical, emotional and spiritual journey of menopause and the final mikveh immersion. All participants will receive a 1st edition copy of the booklet (with suggested donation).
