Programming Director
Job Description
The Eden Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women, promoting health and well-being, and enriching marital relationships through education, training, and advocacy. We are a leader in integrating physical and emotional health, intimacy education, and mikveh awareness into Jewish life, using discussions connected to mikveh as a platform for our work.
We are looking for someone self-motivated, hard-working, and passionate about women’s empowerment and improving marital relationships to help us grow. Must be flexible, a team player, and able to cope with stressful situations and high intensity periods, who is attentive to detail and interested in growing the position.
Responsibilities:

Planning, coordination, publicity, recruitment of participants, and execution of all programming.

Administration of the daily and weekly activities of The Eden Center.

Communication about program needs, coordination, and logistics with the Director, staff, lecturers, program participants and service providers to ensure the smooth running and the well-being of programs.

Setting programming objectives in conjunction with the Director and reporting on progress at regular intervals.

Upkeep of database (Salesforce/Monday).

Manage interns and develop new intern projects.

Liaison between The Eden Center and organizations or governmental bodies with whom we partner/can potentially partner.

Promoting The Eden Center’s work through informal and formal channels, including social media, newsletters, publicity and personal communication.
Qualifications:

English and Hebrew at mother-tongue level; proficiency in written and oral communication.

Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Ability to manage complex logistical details–macro level to small details.

Technologically adept with ability to quickly learn new software (Office and Google Drive a must, preference for experience with Monday, Salesforce, Canva, Mailchimp).

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Creative minded and interested in being part of developing new programming.

Service-oriented with track record of building positive working relationships in the field.
Additional Information:

Start immediately.
-
30-40 hours per week.
-
Willingness to occasionally work evening hours.

Work in Jerusalem office, but can do 1-2 days work from home.
